Yes! We have a wonderful cafe that is open 7-days per week from 6:00am to 1:00pm.  The Douglas Room is open 2:00pm – 1am Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. They provide room service from 2pm-11pm except for Sunday.

Yes, We have partnered with a local dry cleaner to provide this service. Same day dry-cleaning is available if delivered prior to 10am.  Pricing varies based on item and is provided on the menu.

We have a 24-hour fitness nook with a rowing machine, Peleton bike, free weights, yoga mats, and a space for TRX. Small on Space, Big on Experience.

Yes.  The Backyard is the newly refreshed garden and it provides a casual, al fresco space to relax, play games, and enjoy a cup of coffee from the Tilden Café or a beverage from The Douglas Room. Amenities include outdoor seating, a fire pit, over-sized connect 4 game and Jenga.  In addition to The Backyard, we have our Tilden Rooftop with a 360 degree outdoor Terrace which is available for private parties.

We are happy to provide suggestions for transportation.  Only pick up from the hotel can be arranged by us due to flight schedule changes.

We offer valet services only which are $59+tax, per night, for regular sized vehicles and $74+tax for oversized vehicles.

Uber fares are subject to change and can vary, however, the approximate fare from San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Tilden Hotel is $30 – $60 (a taxi would be approximately $55).  The approximate Uber fee from Oakland International Airport to Tilden Hotel is $40 to $80 (a taxi would be approximately $75).

Request Uber at the Front Desk and have Uber charges directly billed to your room!  The first hotel In San Francisco to feature this Uber Central service.

The closest Bart station is Powell street. It is .3 miles (4  blocks) away from the hotel. Directions from Powell Street BART to Tilden Hotel from Market Street head north on 5th Street, left on Ellis Street and left on TaylorStreet.

Union Square is a short (3 blocks / .3 mile) walk from Tilden Hotel.  Just walk one block north Geary Street, turn right and in 2 blocks you will be at Union Square (Powell Street).
